Processing Time
Each piece of jewelry is made to order and crafted with care. Our standard processing/producing time is 8-15 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details and tracking information.
Shipping Time
After processing, shipping times vary depending on the destination:
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- United States and Canada: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the World: 7–15 business days
Shipping Rates
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Free of charge
- Express Shipping: Available for an additional charge.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment and stay updated on its delivery status.
Shipping Carriers

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, Alexine Fine Jewellery is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be applied to your shipment. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost package
Alexine Fine Jewellery is not liable for products lost during shipping. If your order got lost during shipping, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Damaging during shipping
If your order got damaged during shipping, we are determined to find a suitable solution. We will ask you to return the package so we can transfer your money back into your bank account. It will take 3-5 business days for us to transfer the money back after we received your return in our office. Make sure you contact Alexine Fine Jewellery within 24 hours after your order has been delivered, other wise we cannot help you find a suitable solution.
Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods as evidence.
