 Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and accompanied by the original packaging and documentation (e.g., certificates of authenticity).

 Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.

- Customized or personalized items, including engraved jewelry, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at alexine.office@gmail.com** within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will issue a return authorization and provide instructions for returning the item.

 

Return Shipping

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item or defect).

- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

 

Inspection and Processing

- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.

- Approved returns will be processed within 5–7 business days.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be processed based on item availability.

 

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Customized or personalized items, including engraved jewelry

- Items purchased through unauthorized third-party retailers

- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

- Final sale items are not eligible for return, we will make this clear in the product information if this applies for an item on our website

Refund Policy

 

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2-6 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at alexine.office@gmail.com. Provide photos of the damage and your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

 

Final Sale Items

Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. These will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

 

Customized and Engraved Items

Customized items or items with engravings are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are made specifically to your specifications.
