Return Policy
At Alexine Fine Jewellery, we aim to create pieces you will cherish for a lifetime. However, we understand that returns may sometimes be necessary. Please review our return policy carefully.
You may return an item if the product meets the following conditions:

It is undamaged, If the product is damaged or shows signs of use, a reduction in refund value may be applied.

The product must be undamaged and show no signs of wear.

The jewelry still has its original label attached (not cut off).

The packaging is complete and undamaged, The product should be returned in its original packaging, including any accessories, warranty certificates, and user manuals, if reasonably possible.

The certificate is complete and undamaged.

Any accompanying items (such as the jewelry box or other included accessories) are complete and undamaged.

The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.

You may open the box to inspect and try on the item, just as you would in a physical store. However, do not remove labels, stickers, tags, or protective plastic.

Always include your order number when returning an item.
Customized or personalized jewelry cannot be returned.
According to legal regulations, products that have been custom-made to customer specifications—such as personalized jewelry or items with a distinct personal character—are not eligible for return.
The following jewelry items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

Jewelry with an engraving.

Jewelry that has been custom-made or altered.

Jewelry that has been specifically created or adjusted upon request.

If your return does not meet the above criteria, we may be unable to accept it, or a reduction in refund value may apply.
Cases Where a Reduction in Refund Value May Apply

The return does not include any promotional items that were part of the original order.

Gift packaging cannot be returned, and its cost will not be refunded.

If the product is returned damaged but repairable, we will contact you to discuss the next steps. In such cases, repair costs may be charged.

If the product is returned damaged and/or with visible signs of use and cannot be repaired, we will contact you. In this case, the reduction in refund value may be up to 100% of the original purchase price.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at alexine.office@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will issue a return authorization and provide instructions for returning the item.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item or defect).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Inspection and Processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.

Approved returns will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be processed based on item availability.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2-6 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at alexine.office@gmail.com. Provide photos of the damage and your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Final Sale Items
Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. These will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
Customized and Engraved Items
Customized items or items with engravings are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are made specifically to your specifications.
Changes to Policies
Alexine Fine Jewellery reserves the right to update these policies at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website.
